Nigel Northridge was appointed Chairman of Debenhams plc on 1 April 2010 having joined the board on 1 January 2010. He is also Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Northridge is currently chairman of Paddy Power plc and a non-executive director of Inchcape plc.Previously he was senior independent director of Aggreko plc, Chief Executive of Gallaher Group plc and a non-executive director of Thomas Cook Group plc.
